  1. Hey folks.....Just busted outta the 50k R and A on paradise.....had AA on the button with blinds 1.5k and 3k....guy one before me raises to 13k. I decide that he is stealing from good position and want to make maximum value from my AA, so i reraise to 25k (leaving 11k back in chips). He flat calls the raise and flop comes Q 7 4 all clubs......so i push in my last 11k. He shows Ace eight of clubs. Just wondering if people think i played this hand badly.....i decided that i wanted to make the maximum value from the aces, instead i finished one outside the money and lost an 80k pot.....I guess AA isnt as great as i thought!

  2. I think an all in preflop reraise would have been a better play. Online players have a tendency to be calling stations and never get away from hands but maybe after an all in he might have thought about folding. Logically I can understand that you want to maximize profit with aces, but then again staying alive in the tourney would also be better.
  3. shit happens ive lost so many bullshit hands and i can only thank ultimate bet and paradise poker, check my bad beat and tell me how u feel and i guarentee its gonna make u feel better.
  4. Nothing you can really do there. Sometimes you have to look back on a hand and just recognize that you were supposed to lose.

Example. Last night late in a SNG I get dealt AKs. Get one caller who has me covered. Flop comes AK4. I bet he bets the rest of my stack, I call. He has 44 for a set. Nothing I could do on that hand, I was going to lose.
