OK well I know that you actually didn't fold, but could you please explain why you would even consider folding? I don't think anyone has folded a flopped flush to a single over shove in the history of poker. I can't see how anyone would even think of folding as an option here. If you are that concerned about getting your chips in here, you are probably missing a lot of other good spots that are not as obvious a call as this.

We can definitely assign some weaker hands to his range. That said it still could be close with some of the possible combos he is likely to hold and possible table/player specific dynamics and or ICM spots( if this is a bubble of some sort) that you have neglected to share. More like your current game you play, how much harder has it gotten. I personally have seen a rise in the last month, but I also run/play bad so take that for what its worth.
