    I have been running awful taking a series of 2 or even 1 outers for what seems like months, but my game (as mediocre as it apparently is) has likely deteriorated as well. So I write to ftp asking them to turn off the doom switch in a joking manner, and attach 4 hhs of the two outers. They surprisingly send me a nice response explaining there is no doom switch, and why it would not be profitable to have one. But I immediately min cash 2 tourneys and 5th a 24+2 for $2500+, maybe they did turn off the switch.

    coll story bro aside, this is a big part of why support is so slow... wading through useless emails complaining about bad beats.

    Maybe so, but I rarely write to them and had to try something to change my luck.
