    Did every E business that had investors that went belly up in the 90s payback the investors? Has any company that has gone belly up ever done that? NO.

    Is Dutch Boyd unique among capitalists? NO.

    Has Wall Street and lot of other "respectable" banks helped terrorists launder money? YES. Did Neteller intend to? NO. Did lots of bankers help fund terrorist in Latin America by laundering drug money in the 80s and 90s and do so knowingly? YES.

    Is there collusion in the handing out of billion dollar government contracts, maintaining of monopolies in various segments, stiffling competition of alternative energy resources, did Microsoft collude to try to kill off competitive operating systems? YES.

    Are most players losers - Are lots of investors losers, are companies that go bankrupt losers - Is this post a loser? YES. But in a competitive environment, there will always be losers.

    Does this post have an intersting and insightful point to make to justify it's occupying a miniscule amont of digital space? VERY QUESTIONABLE.

    Did i have a good time writing this response. Marginally.

    I can't prove either way with regard to terrorists and Neteller, but I remember back when I was first signing up with them, they seemed to know more about my history than I did. It would be hard to think that terrorists would even WANT to use Neteller.

    I think that the only reason the two things were ever mentioned in the same sentance is because politicians like to use key words for voters to latch on to. Despite how much we think Frist sux, he was obviously very good at creating issues where there weren't any to get people to further his agenda.

    I think not and also there is a saying;Guns don't kill people"people kill people"! No matter what is said and what is done people will always find ways to get around the system! This has been going on since the beggining of time.There is no way to completely stop the problems;Yet these problems seem to punish the innocent more so than the powers that be AKA terrorist/money launderers ect.

    I love America but it needs a total makeover;Laws like the Safe Port Act sums it all up for me. A fucking waste of time and energy,and the only thing that is making the headlines is trying to stop online poker. Bullshit if you ask me,get a fucking life America!!!! Online Poker is not the problem and Netteller didn't make the World Trade Center happend either!!!!

    AMERICA IS A BIG FRYING PAN! EXCEPT THEY ARE WASTING TIME AND TAX PAYER MONEY FRYING SMALL FISH LIKE US!!!!!!!

    First of all they don't need neteller to launder money. Neteller wants to much verification. I know if I was a terriorist I would use www.e-gold.com Just because they dont make you do any verification. You don't attach it to a bank account. You can have an account in the name of Mickey Mouse and a fake address. They don't care. Plus the fees are cheap. Also, you can get annonymous debit cards that work world wide to withdraw your money. So why use something like Neteller or any e-processor that requires real documents?
