  1. What is going on with the "random Card generator"? For the last 2 months it does not feel like its random. I lose every time I play. I get nothing but coolers all day. Should I leave this site??? I'm a high volume player that generates quite a bit of rake. What am I supposed to do??? I'm like an ATM for every new or losing player. When I get a hand against a guy with a short stack I win; when I lose my big hands it's against big stacks therefore I end up having a losing session. I'm tired of losing when I'm getting it in with the best hand. The beats i'm taking aren't normal...they are all coolers. Please turn off my doom button or change the "random card generator". I mine hands for hours, I review winning players hands and play no different then they do and yet I seem to always be on the losing end. I know there is nothing you (meaning pokerstars) can do, I guess I just have to play through it. I feel like I had to get this off my chest. If this is varriance then I guess there is nothing I can do. Oh well, guess I'll get back to giving new players and losing players more money.

    Flame Me I don't care!!!!!!!!
  2. Variance = a bitch IMO.. hope your luck changes.. GL
  3. Great email, it probably made their day. I def enjoyed it!
  4. Well I'm 100% convinced by your strongly worded story that they've singled you out from their millions of player to make you run bad.
I for one wouldn't stand for it and would forward this info to the proper authorities.

Remember in emergencies to call 911
  5. HAHAHA, maybe when you opened your account you was happy about a lucky hands and now you are just f*** and you understand that you should play something different :P
It's a joke, here is were you have to take care about your Bankroll and play small buy ins and were you feel like you can win. The best what you can do if you have a bad bed or something like that, close pokerstars.

  6. Sounds like you haven't sent 2 cents to KidPoker yet. This is a requried action before your doomswitch is removed.
  7. LOL... I'm sure even the best players feel this way at some point. You're just on a down swing man. Take a break from the mass grind and switch it up with some live cash or donkaments. It will do wonders for your self esteem and bank roll. I hope things start looking up for you soon!

And just wondering but are you sure you are a winning player? Because OPR and Sharkscope don't seem to tell the whole story if you are.

No I was not....but i used to short stack. Losing stratagey imo. Had a proper bank roll and with fpp's i was able to never have to reload. However I've been coached recently and was turning things around and now I can't win a session.
I mainly play cash and just recently went ahead in tournaments (sng's and mtt's) very sm sample though 716 tournaments (14 months) up $140

  9. Pokerstars Response

    Hello Jon,

Thank you for your email to PokerStars.

The fact is, our software produces a shuffle that IS completely random,
which favours no player over any other. The methods we use ensure complete
randomization of the cards, and complete unpredictability of the cards to
come. You can see the description of these methods at:

    http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/room/features/security/

In addition, we analyse hands dealt daily to see if there is any
    statistically significant variance from expectation.

We even gave the software source code to the largest consulting firm
specializing in software security and quality, Cigital, who reviewed
PokerStars' shuffle and found it to be fair and random. You may read about
    this analysis at:

    http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/rng/

If you are still concerned about PokerStars' games, please examine the
results yourself. You can request your full hand history from us and input
it into some independent poker analysis software, such as PokerTracker,
PokerOffice, or Hold'em Manager (free trial versions are available). These
programs can then show you easy-to-read reports covering all your results,
plus a large number of other statistics on the hands you have been dealt,
your play, and the play of your opponents. Your own hand histories will
clearly show our shuffle is random.

If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know and we will
    be glad to help you.
