Absolutely. I can tell right away when it's not going to be my day. Unusually card dead, big hands never hold up, don't hit any flops, etc....

I see no point at all in prolonging the agony, because days like this seldom ever end in the black, so I cut my losses to a bare minimum and go get'em the next day.
