oh NL cash games. Why do I continue to humor my friends

    <SPAN>I hate NL hold'em, as a cash game. It's just not for me. I love NL Hold'em tournaments, but I personally prefer an assortment of other cash games (stud, stud8b, razz, </SPAN><SPAN>omaha</SPAN><SPAN>, omaha8b, triple draw, hell draw, anything).

    I'm in the cutoff seat. I have a loose aggressive player who limited in front of me, with two really weak players between us who also limped. I have all the fat, pimply faced horny teenagers favorite hand of 6 9. I limp. The small blind calls and the big blind checks.

    Flop comes: 789.

    The LA bets proportional to the pot, about 3 times the big blind. One of the weak players calls. I raise 3 times his bet. The small and big blind fold, the LA calls. The weak player folds.

    The turn is the 10.

    I would consider anyone losing a two scorpion in a bottle situation a bad beat. We both had the same hand and the same draw. We both got our money in. 60% we split, 20% of the time I win, 20% he wins. I'm forced to call because of the odds I'm getting, and the results are typical.
