In hindsight this guys pre and post play was just stupid. Reraising with 2cJc, then instantly calls my reraise of that. So yeah, I figure he has to have AA, QQ, maybe JJ. I don't know him that well, so I figure some smaller pairs might be in the range there, but with KK, I am ok with that.
I am loving the flop. No flush or straight draws and I hit my set. I figure I am way ahead. The K could be a scary card for both and he is bound to bet no matter what given his preflop betting, so I elect to check with full intention of coming over the top when he bets. Perfect, he shoves. So maybe he is on AA, maybe he played 99 and hit his set, or he's trying to represent the KK that I fortunately have. I posture a bit, and call my remaining stack since he had me covered. Would never consider folding. At this point I am smiling about doubling up.
Turn and River looked great till closer inspection...he sucks out a flush with running clubs. How in the fxck? I felt like I played it perfect. Some may argue I should post, but with his preflop play, I knew he would bet, and I was prepared to come over the top with everything I had. How do you play J2s like that??? I mean I raised from UTG, so he should at least put me on something. I mean to shove post with bottom pair, J kicker, and a backdoor flush draw with no A???? How??????????? I can't get over this one.

I like your play ashleigh, The check was perfect, you can't keep a donk from winning some times. It just happends, if he called your three bet with J2cc he was ready to give all his cash away. You will get em next time.

Sorry to say but this is standard for pokerstars, I keep seeing it over and over, get it in with the best cards and the RNG will screw you everytime. I feel your pain, just try to stay focused.
