Before I start ranting i'd just like to say hi to everyone as this is my first post here. It all started last night on paradise, i'd just opened an account there after reading the review here and made my first deposit, i checked the tourney list and the $60 was just about to start so i registered and waited with anticipation for the game window to open.. After shuffle up and deal I was dealt p9's utg so I raised 4 or 5x the bb. Fold fold fold a call from the button and both blinds then folded. Out come the cards, 8 10 7 putting me on an open ender with an ok high pair. I didnt really like the board too much so I put down a pot bet, about $200, he called... Turn came a J, i'd at least hit my open ender. So I put down a $400 bet and got a quick call.
At this point my brain was really ticking, with no raise or re raise either pre flop, flop or turn I couldn't put him on anything but an AK chasing gutshot or maybe top pair anyway the river came, another 8. At this point I was sure i was in the lead and thought the trap had been layed perfectly so I checked and as predicted he went all-in for the last 700 or so, I quickly called and he showed a boat J8. I was well sick and couldn't believe he'd entered the pot with such junk after a pre flop raise in the first place let alone continue to slow play the two pr on the turn with such an ugly board.
Now I can take a beating good or bad and generally dont get too pissed about it. If it is my bad play or your good play i'm often the first to congratulate and I never ever abuse players for beating me no matter how bad the beat or what thoughts might be going threw my mind at that moment.
I truly believe I didn't deserve to lose the hand, so as you can imagine when the guy started abusing me for losing!!!! Yes abusing me for losing the hand!!! with comments like "bye loser" and "i hate fucking chasers" when he should have been the loser and was the chaser throughout the entire hand really got me pissed!!!
This got me thinking, after seeing this bad beat forum for rants and moans about how your AA was cracked perhaps a "Named and Shamed" forum could be set to point all the pros and good players on this site in the direction of opponents who truly deserve to lose the shirt off there back and of course believe it is they who is the greatest player on the planet..
Rant over :)))

Maybe you should reconsider playing 9's like they're A's. It was the beginning of the tournament wasnt it?
