  2. yuck, and then the thread is insta-moved to bad beats on top of that. sickness

  3. I guess the best on the net have bad stretches as well. I can't get a break and I am playing the lowest limits on line. I had taken a one month break and I was upset since I had played well but the turn and river always beats me. I am curious how many tounry's a top player like you plays each day and what sites you reccomend for the lower limits.
  4. Jordan-

not really sure what sites have best lower limits, but I do know stars offers a good selection in lower limits as they do across the board. As far as running bad, and plz dont take this the wrong way, but the players in the lower limits are really bad so the variation there is going to be much higher. To be honested I never played micro limits in the beginning, but i was also never one for BR management, so I cant excatly say ive been there (runnin bad while trying to build ur roll properly to play higher).

I currently play on stars, FTP, absolute, UB and bodog...the 5 major sites permitted in the U.S. When I'm home and playing all day, I usually play around 15-50 tournies. I dont what your poker background is, but there are a few sites that offer some form of training...

www.pokerxfactor.com- Ran by Mindwise, with the 2 major pros connected to the site being JohnnyBax and Sheets, along with guest pros such as Rizen, brsavage, Inissint and myself.

www.cardrunners.com- Ran by Greenplastic and Muddywaters, offers videos also, some tournaments but I believe they offer a wider selection of cash games.

www.pokermentors.com- Offers 1 on 1 mentoring with some of the best online pros around..

Of course all of these sites have fees to them, but hope this helps..

  5. Well Below thanks for posting, it makes me feel like my -$10 swing isn't soo bad. But it's like Maddox says you know Sony's gaming department is set lose $1.7 billion dollars by March so therefore if you manage to make money or hell not lose $1.6999 billion dollars you are better than Sony. So at least I have that going for me.
  6. Thank you for the reply and I appreciate your time. This should be a confidence boost for me in the future. I hope to play against you at a final table this year. The #1 ranking is yours.
  7. Thanks for supporting us wannabees with your advice sir. Nice post from a nice guy it seems.
  8. You can't handle the truth! Son, we live in a world that has walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with guns. Who's gonna do it? You? You, lieutenant Weinberg? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Santiago, and you curse the Marines. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know - that Santiago's death, while tragic, probably saved lives; and my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves lives.
