PokerStars denied me a seat I won.

    So I was playing in the 4500 FPP hyper-turbo MTT for a seat in the Sunday Million earlier today. It gave 113 seats to the million, with 114th getting their buy-in back. If you've ever played one of these things, you know everyone is stalling on the bubble and there are at least 4 or 5 people with 0 chips when it's hand-for-hand. If everyone is all-in on the same hand, the seat should be awarded to the players who had the most chips at start of that hand. Hand-for-hand is only 1 hand during these hyper-turbos because of the blinds and antes. So I've got 5 tables including mine up, checking to see how many players were all-in, and there were 119 players left. 5 players were all-in and lost, and it immediatly froze their screens and hand for hand started right as a hand is dealt on my table, where 3 players are all-in, including myself in the BB. It takes forever to finally play the hand out, and I start looking around at other tables and more than 2 players are at 0 chips, with quite a few them starting with less than 50 chips. I figure, "sweet, I won the seat". I end up losing my all-in and the game ends and a message pops up telling me I finished 113th, rather than the normal "You have won the tournament - Congratulations!". So I look in the lobby, and it lists myself and another player "tied" at 113, and we each got 9000 FPPs rather than the seat. There is absolutely no way that we "tied" when another player at my table finished 111th and had 85 more chips than me when we both busted on the same hand. Also, I never got the email "receipt" detailing the tournament, what place, what I won etc.. So I emailed support and they're giving me the run around:

    Please note that 'kiro_1977' and you, both went 'all-in' in this hand and lost.

    If Snoopsdream and yourself both had the same amount of chips for that hand, then you would have tied for the 113th place. They split the alledged FPP value of the seat between the two of you.

    This is really pretty simple- He had more chips than you to start the hand (320-205). Since you both lost the hand he finished higher than you.
