Is this a slow roll?

    I was in a cash game playing $1/$2. I had AJ suited, the flop comes J64 (rainbow), he checks, i bet he flats, turn is 10, he checks i bet he check raises me all in i call, the river is 2. I immediately turn over my hand (AJ) for top pair, he turns over 1 card which is a 4 and then slowly turns over the other card which is a 4 (for a set). It kinda of tilted me and i made a comment. I was just wondering if thats considered a slow roll or was i just frustrated.

    ty for the response, i dont know why this got moved to Bad Beat, i wasnt complaining about a hand i was wanting to know if this was considered a slow roll.
