Hello Ken,
Thank you for your email.
At Full Tilt Poker, our goal is to provide the safest environment possible for playing online poker. Security is our foremost priority, and providing the fairest games available anywhere is a cornerstone of our business.
In the past, a few poker sites have had the security of their online games compromised, and learned the hard way that it must be treated systematically with careful planning from the outset. We have the most up-to-date technology in place to maintain the highest standard of security possible.
There is no such thing as a 'Superuser' account on Full Tilt Poker, as all site development was done using real individuals, and there was never a need to have the ability to see every player's hole cards in real time. Also, due to the nature of the shuffling system on Full Tilt Poker, it is impossible for anyone to predict what the next card dealt will be, as the deck is being continuously shuffled until it comes time to the next card. Once the next card is dealt, the deck resumes shuffling until the next card needs to be dealt, and so on.
Full Tilt Poker is licensed and regulated by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission based in the British Channel Islands, a protectorate in the United Kingdom. This is one of the highest and strictest levels of accreditation by any jurisdiction in the industry today, and Full Tilt Poker is proud to meet and comply with the exacting standards of the AGCC.
Have fun at the tables, and if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to contact us.
Regards,
Ciaran

HI Ciaran,
I appreciate the advice, much of which i am doing already. The consistency of the bad beats
i have experienced over the past few days on FT, together with seeing the same hand match
ups numerous times, for instance aa cracked by aj, kk cracked by aj, sets cracked by runner
runner straights, ak cracked by a-4, etc., quite frankly is making me concerned that hackers
can manipulate your software.
This is no doubt in my mind that your site is running a fair game, but what safeguards do
you have in place regarding hacker manipulation of your game sofeware?
Please advise. Thanks, Ken

> I understand that a bad run on the tables can be frustrating.
>
> As a poker player, I've experienced sessions where I received nothing but horrible cards, bad beats, and suck outs. I've also read stories on blogs and poker forums about top level players and pros that have had consecutive sessions with no success. These players all ask the same question during these periods, "Am I a victim of lousy luck or am I playing poorly?"
>
> Losing is part of poker and even serious players, including the world's best, go through losing streaks that can last for weeks or even months. The down-swing often starts with an unlucky run of cards that eat away at the bankroll, and these runs are often lengthened by a player's play.
>
> Professional and serious poker players understand that the key to success isn't how they play during the times when they're running hot, but how they play when they're running cold.
>
> If you don't already, I recommend assessing your play by saving your hand histories. When a session is over and your head is clear, review your actions and see if you can spot problems in your game. Ask players you know and trust to review your hand histories and give honest feedback on your play.
>
> You can also find extensive poker information online which can give you additional insight into your game. I suggest trying one of the many commercially available hand history database and analysis tools, which can be used to analyze your play and the play of your opponents.
>
> I hope you'll find these resources helpful, and if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

> I know your site is one of the most honest on the net; could it be, however, that hackers are messing with your software. I have been playing rush poker tournaments for the past several hours, and like clockwork, or at least 3 times in a row, i have all ins pre flop with me holding pocket kings once and pocket aces twice, all three times i am called by a stack about my size with a-j unsuited, which is unusual, and all 3 times there is a jack on the flop and a jack on the turn. It seems fixed.
