seriously, I don't think you're gonna get much sympathy from this forum with your calling an all-in with only AJ... that's like the pot calling the donkey an ass.
I'd venture a guess that if boergster had AK, you would not have posted this. And yes, you can defend it by saying I knew the guy had nothing... blah blah blah... no one is that good.
Im not trying to slam you, I am just saying stop being the donk that CALLS with AJ... it's a SHITTY hand. -
You are a pro sir?
Pro poker players definitely dont post this crap.. -
dj u have no right to say this. first off you were not on this table. the player could have been reraising like crazy and with the blinds massive there is a good chance the aj is good. not saying its the best call but you have zero right to call it a donk play when you have not seen the history of this player like the person who called this had as well as not looking at the situation. this dude was about to be hit by the blinds at 3000-1500 which would hurt his stack immensely. he could push with alot of weaker hands. a 10 a 9 kj kq lower pp all of which he beats.
-
is there a law that states he cant call with KJ? Or a law that says you cant lay down AJ? But I do like the heading of this thread, it sounds HOT!
-
Wake up 'FOLKS'??? I never dogged the play dude..
I just said that if you were a true pro(like you say in your profile) you wouldnt even CONSIDER posting this crap and wasting space on this forum - unless maybe it was the FT of a big sunday tourney(which it obv isnt).. -
you're right... i was wrong... keep playing AJ that way.... no doubt its +EV
sigh... and I continue to wonder why I can't win at stars -
i am ranked in 99.5% on tournamentreporter.com so i am not about to take mouth or advice from u djinoc, the guy that moved all in had been playing wreckless, which i noted, i figured my AJ had him dominated which it did, AJ is easy call here, other times its an easy fold, get a clue before u start running ur mouth.
-
you're right, I have no right to post my opinions on a public message board. I will shut up now.
ok, i lied
AJoff rocks. The other guys is DEFINATELY SHOVING with A9 UTG... wish I had hole card reader software like you.
now I will shut up -
Im not asking you to take my advice... I SUCK
I just think that you would not have posted this if he (utg shover) had you beat.
Tell me honestly... would you have posted this following HH? cause the cards coulda been this way very easily
