Hey jim you played it well. When you are in a 1 dollar buy in about 10% of the people in the tournament understand pot odds. It was a good bet and anyone with a straight draw gut shot at that cannot call that all in bet. But like I said if you play in a tournament like the Playa on Dise you usally dont get that very rarely. I know it sucks that you say thats all your bankroll can afford but build one playing STT Adamn wrote a good article on this subject under Hand Stragety

lol@"When you are in a 1 dollar buy in about 10% of the people in the tournament understand pot odds"
I'd estimate that only 10% of those folks know that a flush beats a straight. -
Thanks, for the input. I was more venting than anything. I hate when I am at the bubble of a tourney and playing LAG and this happens to me. I put the one guy on small-mid PP and the other guy on A-9 down. After the flop I saw 2 hearts with a rag board and pushed. I really thought I was just gonna take it down uncontested. Then A-5 insta-calls and GG me. After his instacall, I thought he limped with high PP. Then I saw that garbage and I will always take 3-1+ all-in. The thing that killed me was he went on and on after the hand bragging about how he stood up for the table because I was being a bully. I tried to explain to him that he is the reason I havent deposited in stars in over 8 months, withdrawls only. He didn't understand odds or anything like that. Oh well GG me. In the long run I'm up. You're probably gonna see a lot of these post from me, because I am playing in the July micro TLB. So I got a lot of donks to pick off.
