You have to create the # 24 using only the numbers "3, 7, 3, 7" once each.
Only the basic math functions: "-, +, /, *".
It's not atrick question, for example, the answer does not involve a numbersystem other than base 10 and does not allow for decimal points or anything like that.
So use google or your mind to find the answer for $10.35 lol.
GO GO!
EDIT:
That1chic and Jroth won. -
(3+(3/7))*7 = 24
JRoth15 on PS or FTP...ty -
edit I dont know wtf im doing.
-
jroth, it says it doesnt allow for decimal points- does that matter for you formula i wonder
-
This space used to say 7*3+7-3 until i realized i was just a moron
-
good try Jenn but that equals 25..
-
didn't i already win this??
-
weeeeee ty, sir!! i like these games
-
yes bong, i am a moron :) my inner donkey answered that
and to think i teach people about pot odds lol -
7*(3+3/7)=24
DAMNIT, i did it by hand, took me too long. -
I WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*edit* TAKE THAT CMC!!! you and your half-assed myspace bologna. -
oh and i believe what you meant to say was, moran.
-
lol...forgive her
she said 7x3+7-3 -
that's a low blow to cardinal fans--i resent it
-
yes i am a big time moran!
-
i honestly thought you were messing around until i saw you blanked it out.
i've had much, much worse brain farts for sure. -
clearly a photoshopped cardinals shirt there...was originally a big blue "C."
-
um yeah thats it! i was just kidding lolz
-
NO WAI!!!
-
lol i believe it
-
yes'm it was.
-
LOL, that one is easy.
Same type of problem, but use "3, 3, 8, 8" to make, again, 24.
Exact same rules. You can use -, +, /, or *. You can also use parentheses. -
8/(3-(8/3))=
8/(1/3)=
24
Finally redeemed myself. -
Two more solutions (assuming I'm allowed to do these operations):
1) sqrt(8x8x3x3) = sqrt (576) = 24
2) 3! x 8 - (3x8) = 6 x 8 - 24 = 48 - 24 = 24
