    Has anybody tried this? I just watched an infomercial on it and it seems ideal for a lazy fucker like me who can't motivate themselves to get down to the gym.
  2. working out for 10 minutes doesn't do shit to burn calories. It's better than nothing, but hardly. You won't see results from just 10 minutes of working out, maybe if you're 400 lbs you will.
