14 year old American convicted of beheadings in Mexico

    They found him guilty of torturing and beheading 4 people, plus an additional 3 kidnappings. What is the punishment for these crimes in Mexico for a kid his age? 3 years in a correctional facility and a $400k fine! What a joke.

    So the lesson here is, if you want to kill someone, bring them to mexico and hire a 13 year old kid to do it.
