"An over ranked Tenn team that's gonna finish the year with 5 loses and that shouldve never been ranked."
As I read it you addressed their previous ranking with the second part of the sentence. Nevertheless, we are talking semantics and you seem inherently biased against the SEC for some reason. Dunno how anyone can have such a low opinion of LSU's ability to win games after seeing them play SC.
I want you to make a wager because you make ridiculous statements like "LSU will be lucky to finish in the top 20" like you actually believe it. My contention is that you don't actually believe what you are saying and just wrote that biased nonsense because you dislike the team or conference for whatever reason. If you actually believed it you would be willing to make a wager with me. -
Against Arkansas State, Tennessee Tech, Fresno State, Arizona, Washington State, and Washington. Washington is by far the best team on that schedule and they're 3-3, including a 41-3 loss to the LSU team you're not impressed by above. There are probably 10+ teams that would beat that schedule by something similar to that margin.
Not saying Oregon isn't good, but relying on the "who have these teams beat" argument for hella posts and then ranking Oregon 2nd is loltarded -
Of course I am... Im a bitter FSU fan, that's still licking my wounds are that abortion of a game against NC State.

I saw how flat LSU was against UF. The team that showed up against SC will have a hell of game on their hands at A&M, the team that showed up against UF gets handled at A&M. -
That's not the only thing Im relying on. That's the only thing you've decided to give merit too. You cant over look the fact that the UF win over LSU isnt that impressive, as it was at home and LSU was very depleted. Narrow wins over A&M and LSU arent as impressive to me as the 32.3 win margin Oregon currently has.

I have no doubt that Oregon takes a lose a some point. Ive said that several times itt. But atm they are the 2nd best team in the nation.

If questioning the love for a team that has lost 4 of it's last 5 OOC games against ranked opponents under similar hype, and that is lead by a completely unproven and untested on the road true freshman QB is "irrational", then I guess the shoe fits for me.
-
Ive already made the bets I'll be making for this week (unless a few lines change enough), and again I'll point out I have no desire to make an bets on this site.
-
Can you refresh my memory on those last 5 OOC opponents and their ranks?
-
I'm not understanding the hate. Oregon's been competitive and had losses against top tier competition. Losses to a Boise State that went undefeated, Auburn that went undefeated, or LSU last year lost in the NC game aren't really convincing strikes against them. Losses to Stanford or Ohio State aren't great, but there aren't many teams with better records over the past 4 years. Florida was barely bowl eligible last year. ND wasn't much better. If Oregon wins out, they'll deserve their #2 ranking.
-
I'm not even sure the 4 out of 5 is an accurate number given Oregon has beaten both Wisconsin & Utah (they were an OOC opponent) since the Boise game.

However, I tend to disagree with the statement that an undefeated Oregon would deserve #2 if both an SEC and Big 12 team manages to win out (unlikely). -

DUDE, that is like the 8th post that you have used "lose" in that way. I thought it was a one time slip up the first time, but I was wrong. You need to stop it. -
I actually agree.

Some injuries to ASU's D line, but Oregon already showing why they should be #2...
