haha in cases like this it should be equal rights. what lord surpremeo said. if he/she wanted it, whats the difference? no where does it say the boy didnt want to have sex with her, nor did it say she forcefully put herself onto him. reverse the rolls and the guy still goes to jail.

When I was 14 and my bro was 16 (but hadn't gotten his license yet, had to wait 180 days after you got your permit to get your license), we had a babysitter when my parents were gone for the whole weekend. The only reason was that we needed someone to drive us around to practice and other shit.

it is not all just the vague and arbitrary "I'm uncomfortable with this/what if it was your daughter." There are rational reasons for women to be treated differently (biologically sex means more to women, apparently girls get more fucked up by shit like this than boys do, probably other shit, I'm not a psychologist). Then there are irrational reasons: a fucking dick gets put inside the girl. men are the sex that seeks mates, it seems skeevey when they go after the weak/dumb. physicality differences. etc.

The gulf between how woman and men are treated in these cases is probably too wide and probably too dependent on the irrational reasons such as the view of women as pure and innocent (lol they're all conniving whores). None of this is news to anyone or repost (the subject, not the actual OP)worthy or some great injustice.

14 y/o kid I knew (AJ) from high school was fucking 35 y/o female teacher for 3 years. He denied, denied, denied it and almost got away with till a sleepover at the teachers house one summer. his best friend saw her giving AJ head that night and told the principal. teacher was a 7 and from a rich family and did little jail time, like 6 months. you're missing the point. take this thread for example, half of the people here would high five this kid. If it were a girl, her life would potentially be ruined. Girls and boys are in no way shape or form in the same category in this subject and the laws reflect that for a reason. If grown men got this kind of punishment, every little girl would be terrified of leaving home since any good lawyer could twist it into consent when really a rape was committed.
