And this is exactly the way Fox wants it. I'm going to watch the game no matter what. You are too. McCarver dumbs it down for the casual viewer.
  2. I lost it at Barry Manilow... lol
  3. Lol at forgetting about bonds. Please keep telling stories about the 60's.

Hes been leveling us for years. He finally went to far.
  4. There hasn't been a SS/3B combo in the history of the game with less range than Peralta/Cabrera. That's a routine play for an average third baseman.

    brandon ingeeeeeeeee lolol
  6. Everything about that play was awful. From zito getting a hit, to cabreras flop/dive, to the ground ball throw home.

    Yikes.

    Couldn't agree more

Lol that Barry Manilow (sp) comment had me rolling

Seriously, Inge makes that play with his eyes closed. If the Giants can keep putting the ball in play they're going to score runs. Detroit has one good defender, one average defender, and everyone else is bad.
  9. it's almost unfair for the tigers. They played the minor league yankees lineup for 4 games so faciing the giants must feel like facing an all star team
  10. ahem what did I say about zito? and what did I say about the tigers batters? bow before me ot bowwwww

It has always been the philosophy of the decision makers in their sports division. This is the same reason they started fucking around with the puck on their NHL telecasts, which annoyed the shit out of every hockey fan who had seen more than 3 games in their lives.
  12. They should be handing Barry Zito his dugout gatorade in a Pimp Cup at this point.

  13. I am not trying to derail but I thought it was interesting timing to get this letter in the mail. Didn't know where else to post it. Blue Jays trying to apologize for the season?

Yeah, you got an apology letter from a ticket sales 'account executive' named Trevor. Very interesting.
  30. The biggest talent disparity in the series is the quality of defense between the respective left fielders.
