    Ok so it is LEGAL to buy fireworks in ohio, BUT it is against the law to USE them in Ohio. I would assume this is an idea thought up by tax money people, they want the tax revenue without any of the bad side effects of "fireworks gone bad"

    So why not apply this concept to pot. You can buy it in Ohio, but you can't smoke it in Ohio. Again creating BILLIONS of dollars in a new tax revenue. LOL

    Supposdley they do this is Kansas.

    You can pay taxes on selling weed so if u get busted you dont get tax evasion charges as well.

    pretty sure this was just a rumor, but who noes, maybe google

    random thought time on fourth of july:

    i can't believe my hometown again this year is moving the fourth of july celebration to the fifth for planning purposes. wtf? is it not the fourth of july and the independence on that date that matter not the fireworks and entertainment. so fing sad

    wasnt the 4th not like the actual date of anything anyways?

    or maybe it was because they actual declaration wasnt recieved for a few months or something?
