  1. Wow- Got to believe the Mrs. wears the pants in that family. She has only questioned his replies as least three times.
  2. Bitches do that
  3. Looking at her sitting there in that little purple skirt, I daresay I totally would.
  4. I think you can all be proud as Americans that you have elected a great person to be your next president. Watching this interview was very inspiring.
  5. can't wait to hear them talk about the puppy theyre getting.

call me a homo, but i really want to know.

  11. Mrs. wearing the pants was my exact thought as well.

    She is annoying.
  12. This interview was terrible. We have huge problems facing our country, and Obama was only asked 3 types of questions: what kind of dog are you getting, how are you feeling, and can I get you something to drink?

  15. I'm sure its not easy for a Princeton and Harvard Law School grad to be forced into dumbing down as a mom and supporter but I guess thats what people want.
  16. i thought it was a great interview. he cant fix the economy on 60 minutes, besides hes been answering those question for the past 2 years, i would have flipped the channel if they kept asking him political question. it was a great way to actually get to know the personality of the prez elect. and at the end the college football playoff thing was great

  17. Can I get Andy Rooney's job? All you have to do is make a reference to something that happened in America at least 60 year ago and explain why something new is not as good as something old.

  19. Wow, I care more about the direction of our country than what dog the Obama family is getting.
  20. I dont think that was the point of the interview with his wife. There will be tons of policy talk when he is in the white house and has his team in place.
  21. for 8 years 60 mins has had a weekly ''bush devil'' segment...

now we'll get a weekly 'obama christ'' segment for 4 years
  22. i'm waiting for one thing, when he announces his secretary of treasury.
  23. I think comparing the transition period:

Bush won the election in the courts very questionably

    Obama won by a landslide.

I dont think you can blame the media for giving their viewing audience what they want to see.

This whole Obama is Christ or the messiah is stupid shit.

  27. lol, seriously tho volcker is an interesting guy to me, wouldn't mind seein an inflation hawk in power.
  28. I predict that a year from now, Americans will be sunning themsleves on the beautiful beaches of Cuba, smoking good cigars and listening to great latin jazz. Canadians, will be forced to find another vacation spot due to overcrowding :)

I had quoted PGH's post than saw yours cause it was exactly what I was going to say.

PGH, you been living under a rock? This interview was pretty well done.. It gave us some insight into Barack and his family and gave us (or atleast myself) a sense of "realness" to the guy. As important as the problems are that are facing our country, I think the last thing we want to hear in this short interview are more "talks" on what we gotta do.

We have to wait til he gets in there and can actually start making things happen instead of just "talking about it."

I thought it was really funny that they brought up the College football playoffs again, I didn't know Obama was so serious about it.

Agaain, all in all, pretty good interview. I didn't think Michelle was annoying at all actually, I appreciated her being real in the interview.
