76ers impressive or not??

    On February 4th they were 18-30 and now after a win tonight at Boston are 36-35

    They are 10-2 in March including wins AT Boston, AT Detroit, AT Phoenix, and San Antonio at home.

    Thaddeus Young is 19 and looking like he will be an all star at 22

    Am I getting carried away thinking we could give one of the top 4 in the East at least a decent run in the first round??

    in a series boston and detroit should be able to beat them but the magic and raptors are both young so a series against the sixers would be pretty close in my opinion.

    I'm a big fan. They're looking great and have put up some big wins against the best teams in the league.

    I think they're 1 player away from being right behind Boston and Detroit in the East.

    barring any major collapses the Sixers will be the #5,6, or 7 seed and would therefore play Detroit, Orlando or Cleveland.

    I'd say probably 5% or worse against Detroit, but maybe 20% or so against the other 2.

    I have watched one game, their annoucer scares me(zumoff or something)

    will definetely go to playoff game

    alot more than i expected this season. 1 or 2 scorers away from being a contender, finally some young talent panning out. Hasnt happend since before iverson. As much as i loved iverson, he was a disease for this team.

    my bad i completely blanked on the raps having backslid the past couple weeks. i don't think they can beat cleveland, boston, or detroit but orlando can be had

    definitely impressive. As bad as Billy King was as a GM, you do have to give him some credit for the draft picks he made while he was there, despite not having top 5 picks. Iguodala, Dalembert (late first rd), Korver (rd2), Green (rd2), Lou Williams (rd2), and now Young (12th). If only he didnt make the other horrible decisions, such as giving ridiculous contracts to marginal players and the trade for Webber was awful considering the contract they took on. Stefanski is off to a good start and keeping Miller (only 31) is turning out to be a great move. He has clearly been their mvp.

    It will be interesting to see if they can steal a playoff series and then spend their cap money wisely to make a run over the next few yrs.

    I really think they could take Orlando or Cleveland to a 7th game at least, but the future is what matters and it certainly looks bright with most of the team being young and having cap room.

    you can only be excited about this team. They have no big names and they are just ballin right now.

    im sure ill end up at a playoff game.

    P.S. RonK's life just keeps getting worse.
