  2. I totally agree with this! I mean sometimes my kids and wife just piss me off. If I got really mad and beat the crap out of them it is just because I live with them and they did something to really make me mad. In no way would i be a threat to society. I should just get probation and not be allowed to see them anymore. That seems fair. I am not a threat to anyone else just my wife when I don't get my way.

That's being results-oriented. Maybe you go from 20 years to life in prison, and you certainly don't go from probation to the death penalty.

Heaps of crimes are results-oriented tho. eg you get into a bar fight, both of you live, you go home and nothing happens. If one of you falls on his head and dies, the other does time. I agree that this bitch should rot though.

    I know, and I'm saying that's illogical.

  7. so dyz if the parent of a single child kills that child but has never shown any indication of violence against anyone else, they just walk right?

  8. Some of the shit in this topic is absolutely retarded.

Somone as unhinged as this lady apparently is, is only a danger to her family? Sorry. I'm pretty sure the the length to which she went to abuse her own child doesn't have a positive connotation with what she would or wouldn't do to someone else. It's disturbing and fucked up. A tendency to resort to violence is a tendency to resort to violence. If you want to create an accurate psycological profile based on what she did, you could say she's prone to violence over whom she has control over, and that doesn't have to be just her own children. And it certainly doesn't mean she isn't a threat to the general public.

I have never really heard of anyone that started on their own children like this and then moved on to other people. I'm sure there are examples, however the fact that reports of child abuse are pervasive while reports of those who have committed child abuse also abusing other people seems rare would seem to support my assumption here. On the flip side, I would not consider Sandusky a danger to children in his own family. It seems that there is a large psychological difference between harming those in your family and those who are not. I could be wrong but this is the perception I have gained over my lifetime.

Also note that I was going off assumptions that this was her only history of violence. We were discussing this in the context of making sure she had no further contact with her children. If she has been proven to be a danger to the public at large than more severe measures would need to be taken than what I proscribed.

hahahaa this is retarded even by dyzalot standards. Stop smokin them rocks
