    Ladies and gentleman,

    Last night, joined by old friends and good bourbon, a bet was made between myself and Adam "Roothlus" Levy. It entailed my finishing of an entire (regular sized) jar of medium salsa in under 5 minutes. If I were to complete this task, I would be rewarded with 40 dollars on either tilt or stars. As you will later see, in the videos I have provided below, I succeeded ADMIRABLY. I mean, Adam pretty much set two Jacksons on FIRE. Anyways,

    Today, when I brought up last night (to Adam), he implied that I will not be receiving payment. Surprised, as I was (supposedly) dealing with an accomplished gambler, I have decided to leave it up to all of you. Thoughts......

    I certainly hope those videos aren't your only evidence. They are ABSOLUTELY inconclusive.

    you don't even mention his explanation of WHY he isn't going to pay. I'm assuming its b/c he's a good friend and wants to teach you a life lesson re: not being a 40 dollar slampig for a bottle of salsa. in the infamous words of Mr. Lewbowski, "GET A JOB, SIR"!

    If I were, at all, serious about this, than I would have been more careful with my words. However, this is all in good fun and I am not holding my breath for 40 dollars. It's w/e

    i didnt watch the vids bc of what wa said, but op and witness said it definitely happened, if bet was made and established, wtf rooth? its $40 , is there some reason why he shouldnt be paid?

    Its 40 bucks. If you drank more than a teaspoon of salsa I'd pay you whatever.

    I've paid people hundos for jumping in creeks, picking me up at airports, running naked, answering a trivia question, bringing me my laptop, etc., etc., etc.

    I don't know the details or care to watch the videos though so w/e

    It dont matter if it was a stupid bet or not. Obv there was a bet and a witness and he won it. So roothlus needs to pay up.

    Cause you all know if there was a $40 bet made here in OT and someone rolled you guys would be flaming the shit out of the person who didnt pay up.

    a preponderance of the available body of evidence would support the claim of an non-satisfied wager.

    Before rendering a final verdict, I would like the defendant to respond with rebuttal evidence as to why notification was given that aforementioned contract of betters challenge will not be complete.

    you can hear right in the second video that you got some of the salsa on your shirt, therefore you did not finish an ENTIRE (regular sized) jar of medium salsa. I am also positive you did not lick the inside lid of the jar (also part of the ENTIRE).

    you lost the bet and owe roothlus $40

    you also owe each person in this thread $1 for wasting our time
