adobe flash player 9 pop-up

    i keep getting these popups on my dell and its annoying. it says something about aborting scripts and a movie will be playing slow- when there is no movie playing. the only sites i'm on regularly are p5, yahoo, and cardplayer. these popups arent advertisments. anyone else get these and is there an easy fix? ty

    i dont think these are ads, i must have adobe installed and for some reason it is asking me if want to abort some script.
