I've had layovers there for only a couple hours when I've taken the train to Vegas. there was a pizza place that wasn't half bad and a gelato shop that was good. plus a neat Native American shop with some cool things. that's all the help i can give you. lol

Pretty much just stay on central imo. One Up is ok on the western side on central(right downtown) in more of the club/bar side-ish and if thats not your cup there are a few other places next to it that I havent been to. Closer to UNM's campus on the other side of the freeway so east central there are a few other places. Kellys is more of a bar side but they dont serve hard liquor just beer and wine. They do have tvs though if you wanna watch a game. Theres another place across the street on the corner that i cant remember the name of thats decent, its upstairs. O'neills is straight up pub style further east than Kellys. Also the fox and the hound, pub style and plently of tvs. Last one isnt on central tho

well, they say that Santa Fe is less than 90 miles away...

The Sandia Resort and Casino poker room is supposed to be pretty decent. I have never been there but a lot of people from Southern Colorado go there.

I have no idea why you are asking, but if you have time you should visit Santa Fe and/or Taos.
If you like college basketball, the Lobos might be worth a look. They were in the top 25 earlier this year.
If you have any interest in Southwestern Indian Culture, which by the way, goes back a long time, you are at the center of that universe in New Mexico. The pueblos, cliff dwellings, etc. can be very interesting. There are also many old historic churches, some dating back to the 1600's. -
this guy knows whats up.
