So yeah, i blew .091 at noon the next day, Stopped drinking at about 3 in the morning the night before. Got up didnt eat or brush my teeth and got pulled up out 40 metres from my house.

The day before i had been pounding beers from about 4pm and finished up at 3am with a few jager bombs thrown in, also had a few big days before then.

So what im trying to ask is getting done the day after a night out more socially accpetable?

What did you get pulled over for? ... nevermind, didn't read all the posts before asking

This pretty much goes back to my opinion that punishing people for blowing above .08 is dumb. He would have been fine under the old system of using .10. I have a hard time believing that someone between .08 and .10 is so impaired as to need to be removed from the road for six months and fined all to hell.
