    i fail to see anything wrong with this.

    they aren't giving her money or aid in anyway. they are merely writing her letters of encouragement/support. that's what churches (and people in general) should do...show compassion towards others.

    from your post i thought they were raising money for her and i was pissed. but find something better to blame your non-church going status on.

    don't you think they could have found plenty of people inside their own community, who aren't billionaires, and are in far worse shape than britney to write letters of support to? but I guess that story wouldn't have been picked up by the media.
