Where to start, I'd probably stay anywhere in Lodo. Just look for something by Coors Field. I'd recommend the Sheraton, really close walk to all the great bars and restaurants. If you are there for the weekend I'd probably just try to go to a Rockies game hit the bars and check out a few restaurants. Definitely have to hit "Snooze" for breakfast, its the best of all time. Lot of good bars lot of good people, very cool downtown area.

Thanks, yea I was thinking about going to a game. Do you suggest scalping tickets or buying online?

Scalp or just pick up at the ticket window. Hit up the Gigging Grizzly for pre game drinks. It's adjacent to the main gates, and has cheap specials for the 2 hours before games. I live here so I don't really hotel stay, but when people from out of town are wanting to stay in Lodo I recommend the Hyatt on 17th/Welton. Priceline always has like 1/2 price deals.

Nice, do the rockies games generally sell out? I think they are playing the nationals that weekend, do they fill the stadium usually?

The game won't sell out, definitely pregame in the Lodo's area you cant go wrong. The Ginn Mill and the Tavern always have a good showing as well. If it is nice out you definitely have to grab some drinks on the rooftop of the Tavern.
