Looking up information on Google and thought I would ask around on here, my situation is:
An IT company in Ohio merged with one in Nashville, 50/50 merger and now is having a problem and will probably go through a court battle and the company will be destroyed.
I am in Ohio and there are 6 companies I have a pretty good relationship with and think I can continue giving IT solutions too, but I want to be professional and on the up and up.
An independent contractor and form an LLC?
Who should I talk to about how to go about this? lawyer and/or accountant?
Anyone have any experience, does not have to be IT related.
