  1. Also , curious if there is anyone who plays an instrument ( either in a band or just as a hobby/ fun ) I'm a bass player myself for abt 10 years now and definately have a lot of love for music . What do ya play ? What kind of rig do ya work with ? Look forward to some responses .
  2. I play the spoons. Stainless steel tea spoons mainly, but I have dabbled with soup spoons. I find the sound doesn't carry enough with the soups, so I mainly use teas!

    I'm serious!
  3. I make beats.
  4. With or without a sock?
  5. I used to play the guitar pretty well until I snapped the neck off my Takemine. And you think losing with AA is a bad beat.... I also play piano, bass, drums, and Trombone.....used to play the Dulcimer(sp).....guess that's about it. I want to learn to rock out on the banjo....soon I hope.

  6. I was a guitar teacher years ago, still play some, and a little harmonica.
  7. I play the guitar fairly well. I would love to play banjo, and fiddle. I am in to mostly the bluegrass/country thing. A little Clapton never hurts though.
  8. Not a musician, but I am a drummer. I could count to 4 so they gave me the job. BTW, what did the drummer get on his IQ test? Slobber.
  9. I also used to build and repair guitars and other fretted instruments. Adam if you want to send me that Takamine I can probably put it back together for ya pretty cheap. No guarantees, you may want to send me a pic of the break first so I can get a better idea, but you would be amazed at the miracles that can be worked by a good repair guy.
  10. Play guitar, bass, keyboards, drums and played trombone back in the day. Did the whole playing in clubs on the weekend thing for about 7 years.

Now I just play and write at home occasionally.
  11. i played in a band from richmond virginia for eight years that is now no longer, we blended hard rock with reggae/punk/rap-core/and metal...it was tight for a while touring and what not...but i got sick of a couple heads in the band and said fuck it...we played some bands you all may have heard of like Lit, MXPX, Authority Zero, Andrew W.K., Switchfoot, Story of the Year, Sev, Reel Big Fish, The Funk Junkeez, Hot Action Cop and many more that i can't think of but it was great and i miss being on stage but i'd rather keep it real than fake like i like people that i don't...we were sponsored by Everyly, Peavy, Gibson, and WRV so you can imagine the gear...so if any of you out there are around my area and wanna shred hit me up...i'm always down!

    rock

You can guess what the rest looks like...

  13. Actually that's a very fixable break, what was the guitar worth before you broke it?
  14. not sure....800ish...it's a Takemine G series....electric acoustic but the electrics were f'd up, so probably more like 700...I am interested in getting it fixed....I'll email you about this when i get back to nashville and we can talk.
