  1. It is a workout protocol using nothing but kettlebell snatches. Basically you snatch for 15 seconds then rest for 15, and your goal is to work up to 80 sets. Obviously, that is overly simplified, but just to give you an idea. So I don't know what I was thinking, but I took the test and thought, "Hey I am naturally in pretty good cardiovascular shape. A few weeks off shouldn't bring me to total beginner status." I did 15 sets... brutal.

    At any rate, I was just curious if anyone in here implements it, and if so, how are your results?

    I would post a link to it, but I don't know what SOP is around here about that kind of thing. I don't know how else to link it besides to guide you to the site that sells the book...


  2. Pretty cool....I do a similar lift with 15-25lb dumbbells. Works your abs, legs, butt, shoulders, back and core all in one lift.
