How is it? Is its location a problem? Is it a good spot?? Any comments would be appreciated.
-
havent stayed in the hotel but been to the top of the world restaurant, Great view there is better places to get food though. As far as location I think you would be better off staying at the Flamingo
-
Decent hotel, shitty location.
-
Like you'll be staying there to begin with ;) its vegas man
-
Agree with most of the above posters... not a good location at all. You'll be off the strip and in a bad part of town. Stay elsewhere.
-
So what are your top choices? Favorites?
-
treasure island is in a good location, didnt really like the hotel much tho.

tripadvisor.com is your friend

I stayed there once for one night and would not stay there again. Room was fine, but the location leaves alot to be desired. It is quite isolated and I definately would not walk anywhere outside the hotel after dark. Hell I didn't feel safe during the day there.
If you're looking to stay on the cheap look at the IP, Flamingo, Ballys or maybe the Excalibur. At least those are close to the other casinos. -
i stayed there..biggest mistake/worst trip ever..not worth the basically free trip

Thee I.P. is the best hotel in vegas.

I'm going in May with a couple buddies and staying at the Imperial Palace...good location and got 2 rooms for 3 nights, direct flight, and shuttle service for $327 per person, tough to top that imo
-
4 Queens FTW
-
stay there if u like to smoke dubs
-
Stay at flamingo you are in he middle of everything and the cost isn't bad. aAlso get a total rewards card while there and only "gamble" at harrahs properties and your next stay will be next to nothing. Harrahs has the best room comps. I barley play the pits, maybe 1-2 hours of Pai gow/night, and I just booked 6 nights at the beginning of June for $106 total.

You can find top of the line crack within 1 block in any direction, what's not to love?

I agree with this guy. The liquor store at the GC is the tits.
strat sucks, flaming-0 is for fags. the GO rooms might be the gayest hotel rooms in the world. I like the IP because it doesnt pretend to be something its not, its a shithole and they know it. Id go with the GC or IP if you are on a tight budget -
Apparently you have never partied in the pool area during the day...they got some wicked poolside parties, with tons of chicks....maybe you shouldn't have gone back to that Greek guys GO room, you wouldn't think it so gay then..

i have stayed there a few times. It is about a $15 cab ride to any of the newer central part of the strip casinos. the rates are pretty cheap, the casino itself is not much to mention although the restaurant in the stratosphere is good.

ya and tons annoying children and creepy 40 y/o canadians lurking about. lol at getting butt hurt at someone not liking your hotel recomendations, did your greek friend come with the GO room or did you have to pay extra?
