    CM Punk took a microphone at the end of Raw and went off on the McMahon family.

    I guess they decided not to renew his contract last week and this week they had to cut his microphone at the end of the show and take it off the air b/c he started saying Vince McMahon is an idiot and the company would be better off with him dead but it probably wouldn't matter cuz his idiotic son and daughter are going to take over hahahaha

    I watched it...I just recently got back into watching it, but I don't think they would fire him give him a Main Event push then kick him to the curb.

    Are you familiar with the term "kayfabe"? Or perhaps, more specifically, "mark"?

    I google'd it...apparently Michael Cole announced to the arena that CM Punk has been immediately suspended/terminated.

    Whether you like wrestling or not, it's not everyday that you see a guy making millions of dollars/year grab a microphone and go off on the billion dollar Chairman of the company leaving tons of $$$ on the table.

    It's the same thing Charlie Sheen did...

    i been watching raw the last few months(well 30-90 min of it) for the first time in like 8-10 years i think, lol, im 26, its pretty entertaining shit, mostly funny(intentional or not), i know its fake but some moves are cool........anyway, so that cant really be real that it wasnt planned, they woulda cut the microphone way sooner if he was going off script...right?

    For all you who dont know wrestling what he said was 100 percent what many people feel. Yes, it was a work but with some truth behind it.

    A great start to an angle. Now, lets hope they dont blow it like they did last year with the Nexus.

    wrestling was the shit until they went pg:( i totally understand why they did from a business standpoint but it def lost casual viewers like me. if i see it on when checking for something on tv ill check it out.. anyone who says wrestling is fake listen to mick foley interviews or read his book.. the injuries/surgeries he says he's been through won't get u to watch wresting but will def earn ur respect.. don't get me wrong, the matches/story lines are def a work, but the pain and sacrifice from wrestler's is far from "fake"

    B. CM punk is the only reason to watch wrestling other than divas matches
    C. it's definitely an angle
    D. Punk was the one who decided not to 're-sign', wwe wants him to stay, for obvious reasons
    E. did i mention the segment was awesome and that cm punk is fucking rad?

    I love how at the end when people were cheering him, he thought of a way to talk shit about them, and suddenly they all started booing him. I read a little article about how when he's a heel, he tries extra hard to get the people who love cheering for the villian to start booing him. wrestling is weird when I think how its still just like it was in the 40s at a carnival where one guy's job would be to get booed as much as possible, and the other cheered, while calling all the fans marks, just for enjoying the entertainment.
