    that primus is the best band ever. primus ownz and Les Claypool is god. Everyone pick up the new Les Claypool DVD on November 15th or ill find u. If u dont agree that primus isnt the greatest band of all time then why r u still alive?

    Les claypool is the bassist and singer of primus for those of u that dont know music.

    Hey man , Primus sucks !!!! ( i hope you understand what I mean ......) lol

    One of the best bands ever and Les' live performances are amazing - either with Primus or the Frog Brigade. I've seen them so many times its scary ..... and they always put on a great show.

    There's a new DVD coming out? I got the hallucinogenetics tour on DVD and its one of the best live DVDS ( #2 to the Lamb of God Killadelphia DVD .. )

    ** actually have a brown/yellow Primus "P" on my calf . By far my favorite tattoo .......

    did u buy the "to defy the laws of tradition book?" its got some really cool pics in their and its signed by les!!!!!!!!!!! if u dont have it u better get it soon. only 2500 in the world. Primus sux.

    dimefinder , the reason you think Primus blows is because your ears aren't comprehending what REAL musicianship sounds like . I honestly feel bad for people like yourself , as there is a world of great music out there -- but you'll just keep enjoying what the radio plays ; never understanding the difference.

    I saw Primus in concert and they SUCKED.. and not in the way that Primus fans mean when they say "Primus sucks!". I don't think it was their fault, really.. the sound system was set up for U2, and the stadium wasn't even half-full yet.. but still. When they played JWARCD, it was almost impossible to hear the lead singer over the music. Terrible.. but again, I suspect that had a lot to do with the sound engineer working equipment that was set up for someone with a stronger voice (Bono).

    Dude.. what's with the aggressiveness?

    When I said the sound was (apparently) set up for someone with a stronger voice, I meant someone who belts out their singing as opposing to singing slightly louder than speaking. There are many singers who employ each method. I'm not saying that one is better than the other.

    The show was:

    Disposable Heroes of Hip-Hoprisy opening for..
    Primus opening for..
    U2

    It was the Zoo TV Outside Broadcast tour. I went on my 18th birthday and I was there to see U2. I didn't mind the opening acts, though I wasn't a big fan of their music. One of the reasons I didn't mind was that I'd found a new band to like earlier that same year when we went to a Billy Idol concert. The opening act was a band of whom I'd heard little: Faith No More. I ended up buying their CD the next day.
