anyone ever get (out of) a speed camera ticket?

    I got busted going a whopping 15 MPH over the speed limit in DC on one of those automated cameras. Anyone ever get one of these tickets and beat it? I'm going to appeal, just not sure what to say. It's $100, so annoying.

    yeah, not like a standard speeding ticket where you can go to court and 1/2 the time the cop doesn't show up...i think im screwed here.

    Fight it, these traffic cameras have been ruled inconstitutional in MN and they no longer can use them. I would assume that would be precedent for your argument.
