First, lets start by saying they suck. Got one last week and just had surgery Friday to repair it. Assuming things went well w surgery anyone know downtime for going back to the gym or limitations at the gym. Obviously can't go crazy and probably start slow. Just looking for some guidance

yes i had double hernia (groin) surgery about six weeks ago. be smart and do not lift anything more than 15lbs and walk as much as possible. after week 3 the dr said i could start doing light lifting and cardio every day and at week four if i felt no pain i could go back to my normal routines such as exercising and playing softball. GL tho.
