Anyone swam with dolphins?

    how well we interpret brain waves would affect how well we can actually measure intelligence... I have my doubts about how well we actually can interpret what we are looking at sometimes, we sort of understand what is going on in the brain, but really, we have no idea how thoughts occur, how to measure them, etc...

    maybe someday there will be an accurate measure and there will be a true answer as to how smart elephants and dolphins measure out.

    My sister did this the last time we were in Vegas and she'd be the first to say it was well worth it, but then again she's a dolphin freak (though not quite like the dolphin fucker quoted above) - hubby and I swam with the dolphins in the Bahamas - not really the same thing as the dolphin trainer experience - they were working with the dolphins and actually going through a typical day as a dolphin trainer - still got to swim with them and all, just a different type of thing than just swimming with dolphins - more intensive working with the dolphins and learning about how they train them - if you're into dolphins, it's a pretty awesome experience

    Thanks for that Pigalet, I am not into dolphins at all but the wife loves them, so I guess it would be worth it to make her day and all, BUT they want $150 just so I can watch! WTF is that shit? Maybe I will just go to the park like I dont know her and "just happen" to be everywhere she is and take pictures every couple of minutes or so, and call her by name... They won't be suspicious, right?

    The Cove is def fucked up. I think it has been posted here before.

    When I was in Mexico at Xel-Ha I was going to do the swim with the dolphins but Criss Angel was there filming and they had it shut down that day.

    Yeah, the $150 to watch is some bullshit - Perfect excuse for you to go hit the tables for 4-5 hrs uninterrupted! :) plus you should have a very happy and appreciative wifey - win, win! ;)

    I did trainer for a day last year in the Yucatan (might have been Xel-Ha, like someone else earlier mentioned, but I'm not positive), and it was 200 bucks (we got a discount for $100 each through some connections). It was the coolest thing I did all year. If you have the money and want to do it I say go for it. If you aren't sure then just have your wife do it and go do something else cool.
