anyone work in some kind of marketing related job?

    I have a career development class and part of our class project is to interview someone who works in our field of study. I'm coming to OT for help since I don't know of anyone in my field. Mines marketing. Theres a few questions that I need answered, and I will give $10 to the best response on FTP. If anyone can help me out, just answer the questions below as best as possible. The interviewee should be working in the field for 2+ years, it can't be a CO-OP worker. You can PM the answers to me or just post them on this section.

    2. general qualifications and requirements to enter this career? buisness associates degree, with realated marketing exp
    3. employment outlook for this career w/in the next 5-10 years? excellent, with things going way of internet, and more streamlined you need the right pilot to navigate your investments
    4. entry level salaries and benefits? 24K moving on up with exp you could start at 60K with bonuses on marketing packages sold/ serviced
    5. areas of specialization in this career field? print/ media/ internet./ basically all forms of media and marketing
    6. describe the organization and layers of control? the orginazation is a small firm with highly skilled marketing specialists, I handle the main accounts along with my 2 account executives that handle the media campaign's directly
    7. describe the key criteria for advancement at the entry level? detailed oriented, customer service is king in this field
    8. describe the most rewarding aspect of your profession? seeing a marketing campign fully executed while creating new income and revenue streams for clients
    9. describe the most disagreeable aspect of your profession? false advertising
    10. describe any restrictions of your career? cant play quake3 all day long have to work

    two individuals that show up every day at 8am and leave at 4pm.

    they do as i say and pick up my slack.. (spell check) and other related things that anger me
