    I'm running thin on ideas, and OT is definitely where the creativity lives, so I'm asking you all for some help. I need article ideas for two articles for P5's and they must be at least related to poker somehow if they aren't directly about the game. Thanks in advance for the help OT!

    I think you should write an article about how important it is to be a consistent poster in OT or you have to GTFO!

    Dude, it's the holidays. Write something about balancing time with family and friends.

    You and I will agree on that, but sometimes it gets hectic for people around this time of the year. Fox is a good writer, let him add some perspective. Edit: And another thing, we've actually had people make vent posts in here about how being around certain family members is actually a pain in the ass etc etc. It's not all joy joy. Stuff like that can actually impact you how play, and it's something to keep in mind. Your poker game can become a good place to vent your frustration when it happens.

    You can do something along the lines of where has the skill factor in the game gone. At my tables everyday I see people open limping literally any 2, like wtf honestly? A good case in point for this would be Darvin Moon calling off his tournament life with QJ. People these days are literally just praying to make hands (and about 75% of the time when these nits limp with ATC they just check down top pair the whole way) without thinking twice about it. Where has the skill gone....?

    talk about how people have always been saying this sort of thing, pretending there was some day where everyone was skilled. nostalgia for something that never existed (and weird nostalgia too; don't you want people to play poorly?)

    When you're a nit that adjusts poorly it easier to play against a skilled (even bigger)nit than a crazy LAG.

    i mean yeah you want them to play poorly, it just drives me insane when they don't bet when they make a hand. i find myself yelling at them in the end for not betting the whole way, yeah I'm saving money, but for christ's sake at least bet when u make a hand

    Playing down to the final table. Mabe from 27 to 9. I think it is the most crucial of times in a poker tournament and I would lover to get you take and ideas.

    I'd be interested in the mathematical differences between a 9 seat NLHE table (JokerStars) and a 10 seat table (Players Only). Besides altering the payouts I'm certain that it alters everything else as well. Example, AA (in mitt) pops up every 192 hands, is that actually true at both 9 and 10 seat tables? Just need some research.
