    If you were looking to get a car in the 60kish range what would it be? I really like both of these cars and they are about equal in price.. ~62knew

    Lexus has a 5.0L V8, 8 speed trany, Nav, ect..

    BMW has a 4.0L V8, 6 speed, probably get the 2door but maybe the 4..
    thoughts? I suck at the interweb or I would post pics.

    If he's in a retail setting this is anything but bullshit. I was making slightly more than that when I became licensed in July 2010 after graduating in May 2010. Also got a nice little raise when promoted to pharmacy manager a few months later.

    Most hospital pharmacists make a little less but still probably average low six figures. Big chain store pharmacists country wide average $125k/year as their base salary. Get over it.

    I found out today that I was accepted into ETSU's College of Pharmacy!! Now, if only someone will loan me the $40k/yr Im going to need for school..

    I just got my scores back yesterday and am not sure how I feel about my results...

    I got a composite score of 83%, I dont think thats terrible but I also dont think its good. I would have liked to get in the low 90s..

    Math was my worst with a 64%.. I HATE that because math is actually one of my better subjects, but taking away my calculator is like chopping off a leg and asking me to run a mile, lol. This is the first time I have taken it, and I dont know if I should take it again in Jan.

    I have decent grades GPA 3.33 but thats because I SUCK at enlish, lol..

    Cell Biology A
    Biodiversity A
    Chem 1 B(honestly terrible teacher)
    Chem 2 A
    Physics 1 A
    Comp 1,2 C, lol

    Any pharmacy students out there that will share their results?? Also, I have 0 pharmacy experience, so I KNOW thats going to crush my odds of getting in, but I plan on gettin my Pharm tech cert in Jan. Im going to try and do some volunteering while I wait on that to come through if I can.

    Well shit just hit the fan in my house..

    My little sister(17) just told my mom she is bisexual.. and obv she hit the ceiling! I didnt know what was going on for a while. My sister came home from work and I heard yelling, crying, ect.. I just got home a couple hrs ago to do my laundry and crap. Well after about an hr my mom calls for me and my sister tells me she is bi.. wtf am I suppose to say here?

    She is my sister and Ill love her regardless of anything she does.. thats obv
    my mom is losing it and I have no idea what to say to her..
    Her dad is a preacher so this is not something she is "open" to, she was brought up that way ect ect
    my sister is asking what I think..

    damn I should have just went to the laundry mat

    ....seriously? A fucking Accord? Why would anyone who can afford to spend $30k+ on a car buy an Accord? Hell, my price range when I was in the market a few months ago was right at what the Accord is, and it was still overshadowed even by its competitors in that range.

    I managed to keep my student debt to a minimum, but I still have some. I probably should pay that off first. But what if the world ends? I've done the poor student, studying all the time thing, gotta live a little no?

    Unfortunately, the BMW vs Lexis was more of a debate between me and a buddy. His choice not mine, he is the loaded one.

    I'm stll thinking over my options, but still leaning toward the S4.

    And congrats on the car, it's a nice ride but I'm pretty sure I want a 4 door. Not a Honda like every other car on the road. Guess that's why I like the Audi so much, I don't see a lot of them.

    And come summer time there may be a "what motorcycle should I get?" thread.

    I would still recommend an Audi Certified used S4 as you should be able to get a nice one for 30Kish.

    i understand buying alot of cars used but there is no way id buy a used sports car... i mean its a car thats meant to be driven hard so u know that car has some hard miles on it but maybe its not so bad

    The one I got I still got three years of warranty out of it so even if it was driven hard, which they are meant to do anyways, but if it had been abused, most things should happen during that time. Audi doesn't certify every one. I'm sure they test them pretty good in order to give you that two year warranty on them.

    You need to go to edmonds.com. Look up the invoice for yur vehicle. Never pay over invoice, or as little as possible. Guess there is this thing called holdback the dealer gets even when you pay invoice dealer is making $$$. Don't buy the service deal, why would you if you have a warranty. You might sell it before warranty ecxpires.
