The Blue Jays' fan who was given cpr in the stands then taken off on the field by ambulance has died in hospital. They said it was a heart attack. Very sad story.

This might have been the angels last shot. If they can't win while trout, trumbo and weaver have career years, they can't win when those 3 come back to earth. Unless pujols just puts them on his back for a year or two, if he has anything left at all.

Admittedly I'm new to baseball, probably 2 months of serious watching at this point, but are hitting coaches teaching to hit the first pitch when bases are loaded, 2 outs? Or 2 risp, 2 outs. It seems to be rampant.

Tigers make playoffs/Angels don't: Miggy wins
Neither makes playoffs: I'm guessing Trout wins but all bets are off at that point
It's interesting that of the 5 projected playoff teams right now, there's really no glaring MVP candidates. -
