The Red Sox just play BAD baseball.
Up 11-9 going to top of 9...Vernon Wells hits a solo bomb (that really didn't go out, but w/e) to bring it to 11-10.
Trout bloops one to RF that Cody Ross completely misplays on a hop and allows him to go to second. There is NO EXCUSE for every letting the tying run to second on a play like that.
3 pitches later, and Torii Hunter rips a game-tying single. -
