    The difference between the Mets bullpen ERA and starters ERA is 1.67, which is the 2nd highest total since 1961. The current league average is .51. The good news is some Mets reporters seem to believe the Mets are willing to spend money to get an overpriced reliever at the deadline such as Huston Street or Brett Myers. The question is how much more damage will the current collection of crap do in the meantime?

    i expect molina to keep it up, not get better(and im not sure if its a career year, but its def one of his best offensively, hes on par for his defense tho, which is perfect always). and i expect ruiz to decline a little bit. end of the year, id say they have similar stats. ruiz might have a little better avg/ops/slg(not 40 pts better avg, like 5-10 max), and molina will def have better defensive stats.

    either way, again, either would be fine. its the fact that posey is leading that fills my mind with fuck

    The fact that carlos ruiz is not leading the All Star voting for catchers is pretty ridiculous. CHOOOOOOOOCH is playing unbelievable this season (only person I could really say that about on the Phils).

    He's gotten extremely generous scoring so far. Should really be 1/3 with just a single. The single was clearly an error that the official scorer later changed. The double was clearly a single with an error that let him go to 2nd. Ahh the curious case of the biased home scorekeeper.

    ya i know he probaly has the best OF arm in the league, seen him gun down tons of players he had no business gunning down, rajai davis on the other hand i had never seen that b4 from him
