al east: Yanks lead the O's by 1 game
Nl wild card: Cards lead the Brew crew and dodgers by 2.5
Al central: chi-sox lead the tigers by 1 game... both teams stink
Al wild card: A's and O's ahead... Angels and rays tril by 3 games.
Yankees open a 3 game series with the twins, while the O's take on the Jays i think? Not a lot of margin for error here, folks.
Mvp races and cy young races still going strong (save for NL where it looks like Dickey should be lock city). And Miguel Cabrera is chasing the first triple crown since 1967. Should be an exciting final 2 weeks of the season. fuck football. -

i think the tigers will back into the playoffs. not because they get hot but because they play shitty ass teams and the cws play some better teams.
i reallllly reallllly hope miggy can pull off the triple crown. would be great to see that. im just glad i get to watch one of the all time great hitters -
