I normally only bet football but recently started making some baseball parlays...A situation came up that doesn't happen in football and wanted some information before I contact them...
I made a 4-team that included the o/u for the Cards game...Since the game was called in the 7th a normal o/u would be no action but they booked the whole bet as a loss...
Shouldn't the whole bet be made no action or dropped to a 3-team parlay?...Like I said this never happens in football so I don't know how to proceed...Thanks for the info
EDIT--I had a question about round robin bets...Like I said, I really bet football but have just been making some parlays looking to make a big score...What about round robin bets?...Are they worth it?...What are strategies about them?...I was going to do an 8-team, 6-ways for $10 ($280) total...Payout is $5600...Now I know that this would be winning them all but is it worth it or are you better off doing 4 or 5-ways...Thanks again for the help -
It depends on the books rules. I bet at bookmaker where the rule is:
When betting on the total runs (over/under) the game must go 9 innings (8 if the home team is ahead) to have action. Wagers on total runs will be refunded if a pitcher change occurs prior to both listed pitchers throwing at least one pitch. Rules for the run line wagers are the same as those for baseball totals.
under this rule, it would have gotten dropped to a 3 teamer -
It was bodog if that helps
