  1. Pretty simple: give an answer to the previous question, then post one of your own.

Leading Off: Name the 5 members of the 500 home run club to play their entire careers with one team.
  2. Mantle, Gehrig, Killebrew, Mays, Williams?

Who has led their league in stolen bases the most consecutive seasons?

got a cool story bro about robinson...

so im like 10 years old, obv don't know shit about old school baseball(still really dont). Me and my dad use to go to cardinals spring training every year for probably 13-15 years straight. I always brought a ball to games and got autographs. So we're chillin watching the game, and we see 4 or 5 kids walk to this old black guy in the 4th row and ask for an autograph. So my dad's like Austin, thats bill white, he was an amazing player and was a really good former cardinal, you could have him and big mac on the same ball! im like sweet ok.

i walk down, im like excuse me mr. white, can i have your autograph?? he looks at me like an alien, like lolwut? and we kinda look at each other for a few seconds...kid next to me taps me on the shoulder, he had a book in his hand and shows me a picture of frank robinson and im like o shit, sorry bruh...so he signs the ball and i walk up to my dad shaking my head like you fuckin idiot...makin me look a fool...

seriously, what a cool story bro...my dad loves tellin it tho

  13. that definitely qualifies as a riveting tale
  14. - nobody has gotten mine right yet. sandman was the closest (your answer was the exact same as mine when i saw it on tv).
    - pretty sure williams hit .406

    - for the A's: henderson, dave stewart, tony phillips, that's all i got

close but no cigar. and lol i've watched game 1 of the 1988 world series like 8 million times, and one of the lasting images is tony phillips walking to the clubhouse in disgust after gibson's HR. always hated that fucker as a player so that image gives me great schadenfreude.

  30. the SB question is great because the guy who did it played in the "dead ball era" of SB's. Some of his league leading totals are ridiculously low (though he was a great player)
