I've stumbled onto a few good sauces here and there but I could use a few home run recipes.
Post your best ones for chicken, steak, seafood, burgers etc.

It's that kind of attitude that will never help us grow as a people.
-
No, it's that kind of attitude that keeps USA business alive.
Same principle.
I give you resources to find your own gold. Can't give away my best nuggets. -
You have a bbq business now? If not...boooo
-
Well, I will cave in and make one concession:
Whatever you do, don't over cook your meat.
And if you are making a burger, make it really thin and wide to start. As it loses its fat and tightens up, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT mash/smash it with the spatula. Ever. Leave those juices in!!!!! Make it thin to start so you don't have to fuck with it, and it finishes up at a reasonable size.
And don't cook it well done. -
No, I don't. Just general principle, but I gave away a simple yet powerful secret.
-
dont forget to skeet on it

Pumpkin,
I'll have a HUGE post on this for you tommorow. Chicken, Steak, Pulled Pork, Ribs, Seafood, Sauce etceven the sickest desert on the BBQ. -
Here's a sauce I'm sure you haven't tried. Order Daddy Sams Bar-B-Cue Sawce. Nothing else compares in my book. You won't ever use anything else.
